War, violence and hatred are increasingly dominating our lives and thoughts making our educational and social concepts and challenges much deeper. A crusade for peace education is essential, which propounds humanistic education. A conscious and deliberate effort needs to be made to ensure that peaceful thinking permeates at all levels of learning process and consequently gets permanently anchored in our consciousness. Our herculean task is to prepare children in a milieu of Freedom with Responsibility, to become discerning and free from all prejudices.
We have to create the dynamic catalysts of a new change to construct a new society and a new world but on the ideals of truth, compassion and love. It is only an aesthetic integration into all disciplines of school life, that will refine and direct energies of the youth into emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual fullness.
